As a husband and wife team working side by side, Adam and Amelia (Adelia) share the vision to produce a delicious range of hand-made products using organic and natural ingredients. They love experimenting with new flavour combinations and take inspiration from the world around them. Based on the Bellarine Peninsula, Adelia believes in unique, flavoursome food and would love for you to share their passion.

Adelia Fine Foods can be found at both local markets within the Bellarine Peninsula and specialty food stores within the region. For those further afield and local the online store is also available to bring Adelia to your table.


Bellarine Smokehouse (BS) is run by us, Jason Smith, (aka the Chief Smoking Officer) and Sarah Fenton, (I'm not quite sure of my job title - but I do everything we just came up with 'Fish Boss').

We are passionate about what we do and believe in sustainably farmed and sustainable wild caught products. We source our premium fish from across Victoria, Tasmania, the Northern Territory, South Australia and New Zealand.

As we say … it’s about premium produce respected with the least intervention. There are no preservatives except salt, smoke and time.

It’s simple. Pure taste.


Founded by third-generation French Cheesemaker Matthieu Megard, L'Artisan cheese highlights the terroir of The Great Ocean Road.

We work with one of the best Australian milk suppliers — the milk mainly comes from the Smith Family Organic Farm on the Great Ocean Road. The Smiths look after their pastures organically with no pesticides. They don’t feed their Jersey cows any silage, which makes for happy cows and great milk.

Only protected from the wild Great Southern Ocean by a sand dune, the Smith Farm is the epitome of the local Terroir.

This wonderful quality milk allows the L’Artisan team to craft products ranging from the Extravagant Triple Cream to the Mepunga Gruyere.

We use the best Australia has to offer to make Traditional French cheeses following recipes and techniques brought from France by Matthieu.


Rewind back to 2015, when craft gin, matcha and fermented foods were gaining momentum, Robbie and Rebecca Bell were working at Melbourne's restaurant institution -  Rockpool Bar and Grill.

Robbie was the executive sous chef and Rebecca (Bec) worked in the front of house and was deep in wine sommelier training. It was December and Robbie made some terrines to put in a Christmas Hamper for all of the staff to take home. Being a chef sometimes means that your love language is to cook and feed others, especially in times of feasting, family and friends.

Needless to say, the gifted terrines were a hit. No better critiques than a throng of food loving 'hospos' who can give it to you straight. Those terrines spawned an idea and the entrepreneurial spirit in Robbie that had been waiting dormant in him since he was a wee boy living in Redcar (UK) selling sandwiches to make a few pence was reignited.

City Larder was born after seeing a gap in the market for high-end, traditional French-style, restaurant quality Charcuterie {shar-ku-tuh-ree}. Handcrafted in Melbourne using premium, free-range pork and chicken and utlising local ingredients in it's recipes. City Larder Charcuterie is known for its delicious; terrines, pâté, rillettes and pickles.



Our Otway Preserves and Pennyroyal Farm labels are homemade (handcrafted) on Pennyroyal Farm Fyansford, in small batches to maximize taste, and to ensure quality and nutritional value.

The Calvert family has deep roots in Irrewarra.  A Western District farming area near Colac, Calverts first farmed here in the 1840s. The bakery is in the restored stables of Irrewarra House – once filled with the aroma of horses and straw, it now exhales the heavenly aromas of freshly baked bread. Irrewarra is an Aboriginal word meaning “long spear throw”. Traditional home of the Kolak clan, Irrewarra is now famous for sourdough bread and Irrewarra bio-dynamic icecream, made by the Hitchings family – also in old stables – on a neighbouring property once owned by Calverts.

Sunlight streams into Irrewarra bakery through large glass windows and our bakers look out over ploughed paddocks and grazing cows. Our bread is imbued with the fresh country air, and the filtered water used in our dough comes straight from the Otway Ranges. SMALT – is an amalgamation of the two words Smoked and Salt.

My partner Cade and I LOVE to cold smoke all sorts of food, we particularly love smoked salt, we use it as a condiment and as an ingredient in our daily meals. Finding a store that stocked locally smoked salt was becoming a tricky task. I guess that was the fuel behind the idea of us smoking our own – so we would never run out again! We did some research and found that apple wood is a great wood source for smoking salt, the smoke it creates isn’t too strong in aroma or flavor and allows the salt to still be tasted below the smoke.

It is definitely a labor of love, it is a slow process. Three key ingredients we use in our SMALT cold smoked salt preparation are Apple wood chips, time and love.

SMALT also make three very delicious fudge varieties. SMALT-ed caramel fudge, Dark chocolate and cold drip coffee fudge and SMALT-ed caramel fudge infused with hop oil aka: “the beer fudge”.
