The Hill Shiraz is sourced from the cool climate vineyards of the Adelaide region. This is an intense rich wine of plums dark cherries, spice and vanillin oak.
Sourced from vineyards in Adelaide, South Australia. Crushed and de-stemmed to tank and fermented on skins for 7 days. Pressed to barrel and matured in French and American oak for 12 months.
